
3-day bespoke programme for international guests in Hong Kong and Macau, for the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA)
SparklesLab organized the FIA’s Spouse Program during the annual FIA Conference Meeting, held in Macau from June 10 to June 12, 2025. This initiative involved the creation of a bespoke 3-day program tailored to the organization’s specific requirements. Key responsibilities included negotiations with selected vendors, meticulous logistics planning, budgeting, payment processes, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
The program commenced on Tuesday, June 10, with a walking tour of the Cotai Strip and the casino and entertainment district. Participants engaged in an immersive experience at teamLab, exploring iconic landmarks and appreciating captivating digital art installations that highlight the region's vibrant culture.
On Wednesday, June 11, attendees embarked on a scenic ferry ride from Macau to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, the itinerary included a visit to Victoria Peak for breathtaking panoramic views of the skyline, a journey through the lively Soho neighborhood, and a culinary experience at Madame Fu, celebrated for its modern interpretation of traditional Chinese cuisine. Participants also visited Man Mo Temple to learn about local religion and superstitions. The day concluded with a journey on the Star Ferry to Kowloon, offering stunning views of Hong Kong’s skyline.
The final day, Thursday, June 12, featured a walking tour of Macao Old Town. Participants visited significant historical sites, including A-Ma Temple and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ruins of St. Paul's. Lunch was enjoyed at Vic's Restaurante, known for its authentic Portuguese dishes. The afternoon culminated in an egg tart-making workshop, where attendees learned to prepare this traditional pastry under the guidance of a professional chef.
